Alex is the head Pastor at Fountain Gate Chapel, Mt. Zion Pastures in Dumfries, Virginia. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Agricultural Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. He also holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. While pursing his Master’s degree, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity program at the Cambridge Theological Seminary in Ohio. He also holds a certificate in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising from the Ghana Institute of Journalism in Accra, Ghana.

After his first degree, he worked as the National Coordinator for the Citrus Growers and Marketers Association of Ghana. He then worked with the Value Added Tax (VAT) Service as a Tax Auditor for six years in Accra, Ghana. He also worked as an instructor for environmental issues and general education at the ITT-Tech Educational Institute in Chantilly, Virginia. He lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife and three children.
